Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, USAID South America Promotion of Best Environmental and Social Management Practices, Peru
Tetra Tech is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to participate in a five-year USAID-funded biodiversity conservation project titled "South America Promotion of Best Environmental and Social Management Practices”-BMPs. The objective of the project is to facilitate multi-stakeholder agreement on environmental and social management practices in four priority infrastructure sectors including hydroelectricity, roads, oil, gas and mining and to support the promotion, implementation, monitoring and implementation of the BMPs. The position is long term and will probably be located in Peru for the duration of the project. Candidates with Peruvian nationality are encouraged to apply.
*Collaborate with the chief of party and technical team in the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of activities related to the project and in accordance with the monitoring and evaluation plan.
*Lead the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan (MEP) including data entry, storage and security, and reporting.
*Lead the achievement of the goals and objectives of the monitoring and evaluation plan.
*Analyze y report data and results of monitoring and evaluation activities.
*Support staff, partners and grantees in collecting, reporting, and verifying that the indicators meet Tetra Tech and USAID quality standards.
*Manage different information systems, both on platforms provided by USAID and Tetra Tech.
