Section 3. Objectives
The objectives of the CoPLAC-MfDR are to:
1. Serve its members by providing virtual and face-to-face learning activities and opportunities, facilitating experience exchange and networking, publications and other forms of personal and professional development.
2. CoPLAC-MfDR clusters encourage innovation, creativity and best practices among their members’ areas of work.
3. Increase regional dialogue on results-based management in the areas of: 1) Strategic planning, 2) results-based budgeting, 3) financial management, audits and procurement systems, 4) program and project management and 5) monitoring and evaluation systems, as well as in the cross-cutting fields of human resources, statistics, e-government and other related areas.
4. Facilitate demand-driven advice and problem-solving assistance from experts on MfDR, particularly for practical hands-on issues.
5. Create a knowledge base of good practices to help Community members improve their own understanding and skills in MfDR in the Latin American and the Caribbean context.
